Terms of Use

Last updated October 1, 2026

By creating an account or using the HelloLink browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use HelloLink.

Your account

You need a valid email address and a password to use HelloLink. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your content

The links, tags and collections you save are yours. We store and process them only to run HelloLink for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use HelloLink to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
  • attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits;
  • access another person's account or data;
  • automate sign-ups or resell access to the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that do any of these.

The service

HelloLink is free and provided as it is, while it's in early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We work to keep your data safe, but we can't guarantee that it will never be lost, so keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, HelloLink isn't liable for indirect losses or for data lost through causes outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and let signed-in users know. Continuing to use HelloLink after that means you accept the new terms.
